Prisoners in Walmart?

After several people posted articles that speculate how closed Walmart stores might become FEMA camps, this little comment in the Missoula Independent popped out at me:

“In Flathead County, officials are in negotiations to buy a 130,000-square-foot former Walmart building in Evergreen for conversion into a new jail and sheriff’s office.”

Not exactly a FEMA camp, but necessary, according to the article, Out of Room, because existing county jails are over-crowded with prisoners virtually crammed in like cord wood (my words based on descriptions by those have been to America’s overcrowded county jails).

I’m just wondering — has anybody else seen published plans to turn closed Walmarts into jails?
