RFID: Where the Rubber Meets the Christian Road?

RFID microchip feels modern and trendy

This woman says her newly implanted chip “feels very modern, very 2015”

RFID Microchips as smart as cell phones are now being injected into the fleshy part of people’s hands between the thumb and forefinger, between the shoulder and elbow area, or worn as a trendy tattoo.

The chips are embedded in glass about the size of a grain of rice.  Some are imprinted on a clear and flexible material that can be stuck onto the skin.

The Powers That Be will say the RFID may save your life because your entire medical history can be stored on it.

lamb-dragonBut if RFID chips are the Mark of the Beast prophecied in the Book of Revelation, accepting one means you chose everlasting death. Oops! Better get it right.

A common assumption in Christian circles is that the chip refers to the mandatory mark applied to the hand or forehead by a demonic government entity, represented by a (figurative) lamb speaking like a dragon during the last days of the present system.

The Bible doesn’t explicitly identify this beastly entity, so it’s a good thing that a fun cryptic code for us to decipher has filtered down through the ages.

“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads. And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” Revelation 13:16-18

Numerous people throughout history have tried to solve the code. If you enjoy a good puzzle, getting this one right might save your eternal life.

Refusing the Mark is Mandatory for Believers in Jesus

Nobody can be sure what the mark is, but it’s always been assumed believers will know it when they see it. Even if people can’t definitively prove that RFID chips equal the mark of the beast, anybody with their heart set on hanging out with Jesus sometime in the future will want to err on the side of caution.

Many people have tried to solve the puzzle of "the number of his name."

Many people have tried to solve the puzzle of “the number of his name.”

“And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink the wine of God’s wrath, poured full strength into the cup of his anger, and he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.” Revelation 14:9-11 ESV

Obey Those in Power?

Refusing the chips will be a huge leap for a lot of Christians who habitually rely on the corporate Powers That Be for survival.

And, many Christians are still stuck in the old paradigm where the earthly Powers That Be were assumed to be obeyed at all cost, (Romans 13:1-7).

But, any day now, a mean beast (government) will be forcing people into spiritual death just for standing on the grocery line trying to pay for milk and bread to feed the kids.

Unavoidable cognitive dissonance is right around the corner. Do you obey, or do you refuse?

RFID — It’s All You Need for a Nice Life!

RFID devices can contain your personal numbers, certifications, permissions, and other identifying codes required for you to move about the planet, and through security zones such as TSA checkpoints — curb to gate with dignity, no stripping, groping, or waiting.

Bank accounts will be loaded onto chips and we will pay for goods and services by swiping our arms over scanners. People without implants will be at a huge disadvantage.

Of course, there is a downside. Digital technology is hackable so personal privacy may be further erroded by placing data on the chips.

“The Council on Ethical and Judicial Affairs (CEJA) of the American Medical Association published a report in 2007 alleging that RFID implanted chips may compromise privacy because there is no assurance that the information contained in the chip can be properly protected.” CEJA of the American Medical Association,CEJA Report 5-A-07, Radio Frequency ID Devices in Humans, presented by Robert M. Sade, MD, Chair. 2007

But it’s certain the advantages for a safer world will be touted by chip manufacturers. For example, external chips are being used to “lock” vehicles so they can’t be stolen.

Imagine never again having to worry about loosing your keys, your wallet, or even your children! Chip pushers got us accustomed to the idea of implants by using them to track pets and farm animals. Now RFID animal application is required in some countries. You like your kids more than your pets, don’t you?

“A microchip implant is an identifying integrated circuit placed under the skin of an animal. The chip, about the size of a large grain of rice, uses passive RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology, and is also known as a PIT tag (for Passive Integrated Transponder). Externally attached microchips such as RFID ear tags are commonly used to identify farm and ranch animals other than horses.”

Give Your Family a Break Will You? Just Get the Damn Chip!

Think about how essential the chip will be as you get old, infirm, and suffering from dementia or Alzheimers. Withholding the comfort of your chip from loved ones who care about you would be cruel, wouldn’t it?

There are so many advantages to getting chipped that it will be a very easy sell when it comes time to mass market the devices. Examples of ads that will convince you to get chipped have already been produced and aired by manufacturers, as you can see on the Infowars video.

Regina E Dugan, Google Executive and Former Director of DARPA says teens will think RFID tattoos are cool

Teens will know how cool the RFID tattoos are, says Regina E Dugan, Google Executive and Former
Director of DARPA

“It may be true that 10 to 20 year-olds don’t want to wear a watch on their wrists, but you can be sure that they’ll be far more interested in wearing an electronic tattoo, if only to piss of their parents.” Regina E Dugan, Google Executive and Former Director of DARPA

Here’s a right-Around-The-Corner Prophecy for You

The utopian advantages of RFID will be touted and the herd mentality will quickly follow the pattern we see with vaccination pushing. Soon, anyone without a chip will be seen as backwards, personally irresponsible, nutty, and guilty of putting the rest of society at risk. The corporate-government cabal will ensure that mandatory chipping will follow, and the choice to remain chip-free will be criminalized.

Corporate/Government Cabal Are Chippies?

We’re starting to see a trend — it’s a familiar trend — and that is…the revolving door; these high tech executives and positions in the federal government. For example Tommy Thompson, former Secretary of Health and Human Services took a seat on the board of VeriChip corporation (aka PositiveID Corporation, a subsidiary of Applied Digital Solutions) and began lobbying for microchip implants. Darrin McBreen of Infowars points out.

And, “if you think the federal government is not going to utilize this technology to track it’s own citizens, think again,” he says.

Attorney General Eric Holder, during hearings for the President’s 2015 DOJ budget request, said he met with a group of “technology people” who can make guns safer by making them “talk to a bracelet you might wear.

During the confirmation hearing for Supreme Court Justice John Roberts, then Senator Joe Biden told him he will have to rule on the legality of implantable microchips during his tenure.

This is where the rubber meets the road for Christians who have yet to fully understand that their quest to be holy has a lot more to do with making responsible day-to-day choices than previously anticipated.

Most mainstream preachers have been insisting that the new paradigm is in heaven, and all the true believers will be able to avoid end times problems via the Rapture. This creates a situation where the flocks are completely unprepared for the realities the Savior warned about 2k years ago.

Being godly isn’t limited to staying chaste, praying, and not lying or stealing. RFID will force us to finally become accountable about how we get the stuff required to survive day-by-day.  Those without a lot of money to stock up will be quickly thrust into a life of radical simplicity. Are you preparedy for that?

If not, I wrote The Truth About Simple Unhooked Living for people like you and a time such as this.

Refusing the chips will be a huge leap for a lot of Christians who are used to being cozy in the system and relying on the earthly Powers That Be for daily needs.

Without the chips, you will have to produce what you need, hunt and gather, trade with other chip-free folks, and expect daily miracles (i.e. loaves and fishes) and persecution.
