FACILITIES: The 2014 Inland Northwest Permaculture Convergence was held at Heartsong and it worked out well as a venue. We are glad to be back for this pdc. There is a large lodge with a kitchen and dining area downstairs and a large room upstairs for teaching. There are a number of other buildings which will provide housing for 6 or so people. Most people will tent camp, RVs or live in vans are also welcome. Some locals will commute. There is a sauna next to a small pond. There are gardens, forest, riparian zone, and fields for our outdoor activities. We will set up a large sky lodge outside for outside teaching activities. There is a small lake a short walk away.
ACCOMODATIONS: No extra fee for camping or RVs (no hookups). Indoor accommodations are limited and will be an extra charge. Some people will commute.
MEALS: We will be hiring a cook. The menu will include vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Local food and organic food is our priority. Everyone is requested to lend a hand in the kitchen on a rotating basis.
