With fresh water shortages looming, there is no longer room for laziness in the name of convenience when it comes to managing our personal water supplies. Responsible conservatives and progressive liberals can work on this together. People need education on responsible autonomous sanitation practices, followed by a deman for goverment to relax draconian laws that hamper simple unhooked living.
